Not busy at all, easy to get in and out quick with staff around to answer questions. Products organized reasonably well too, didn't need any help finding anything. Tons of parking nearby to boot, so it's a very easy-to-access location.

Well once again they did not stock some esoteric tools, I was able to get what I needed by piecing together bits that they did have. Staff is quite friendly, and eager to assist!

4 old men in green shirts and NOBODY in the store but me. no one helps me. they can't find me in the system and each person says I have to talk to the other guy who is a manager. all for a battery that has 7 months left under warranty and is dead! so I go out find it's their brand, fond the purchase on my credit card statement, and go back in. still no one again. do I talk to the same guy and he asks Todd if he can help me real quick, nope, Todd says he's on lunch. so I say, I'm not coming back and leave. what jerks.

Dave, the manager is very sharp and helpful. Kaitlen also knows here stuff. However, their are logistic issues that become a customers problem when parts don't arrive on time even after you witnessed the counter person make the order. I lost a sale of a car because the counter person made an assumption instead of making certain a specific part would arrive for me in time to make the car sale. The counter person was a man about it and admitted he made a mistake which I did appreciate. However basic engine questions are an enigma to some of the newbees and young counter staff. Some have good critical thinking skills and some I would not trust to walk my dog. Entry level positions..I think I expect too much. What can I say.
